Liana has been a student and teacher of yoga for over 10 years. Her teaching style is the perfect balance of yin and yang. Creating space for her students to develop a deeper understanding of their own bodies and minds as well as strength and flexibility physically and mentally.
She has always had a passion for health, beginning in the fitness industry in 2008 and then going on to complete a Diploma in Yoga Sadhana with Integral Yoga Academy of Australasia in 2009, she then completed her 200hr TT in 2014.
Liana went on to study a BHsc- in Naturopathy.
Liana is the resident Naturopath and remedial massage therapist at Liebe Wellness and combines her modalities and knowledge of the human bodies anatomy and physiology to create holistic sequencing for her students tailored to each unique individuals needs.
Holds a 500hr Yoga certificate and 50hr Yin Yoga she is very passionate about Ashtanga Yoga and loves a strong practice. Mel is also a nurse and uses Yoga to balance the hard long hours she works at the hospital, she found Yoga because of her work as a nurse. Using Yoga as preventative health care to love and care for your body mind and soul. Mel also loves and cares a lot about animals.
Rachel teaches a dynamic and creative Vinyasa flow which is influenced by concepts of mindfulness and metaphysics. Her yin classes focus on creating a sacred space for students to surrender, while becoming more aware to the subtleties of their body and mind.
Rachel holds a 200 hr TT and is also a qualified Naturopath. She is always seeking to learn and develop herself as a student & teacher.
Has completed her 200hr teacher training and also 40hr Yin Yoga training.
Tina is a busy mum if 2 who has held her own Yoga practice for many years before deciding to become a teacher and share her love and passion for Yoga with others! Tina is also a Doterra essential oil advocate and airborne advocate. As well as running and playing in her local netball club.
