From a young age Palma has been connected to spirit and over the past few years has embraced this and been helping people heal energetically and spiritually. Since 2020, Palma has been trained and delivering energy healings under the Ashati and Tera Mai energy systems. Palma is trained to the Master levels of Ashati, Alsemia, Reiki, Seichem & Golden Dragon which assists with delivering positive energy into the body, balancing chakras, removing energy chord attachments and energetic debris, soul rescue, clearing and healing the emotional body and karmic issues, sending energies from earth (plants, herbs and crystal energies) to the body for healing, raising your vibrational state and situational healing e.g. to relationships, career. 

Sound healing is also utilized in the healing sessions using the frequencies of the chakra system and solfeggio scale to assist in balancing the body systems, decreasing stress and cortisol levels and improving overall body functioning as a whole.
