Monique is a registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist who considers herself a Holistic Practitioner. 

Blending Western modalities with Eastern healing traditions, Monique integrates evidence-based therapies with spiritual practices such as Reiki and crystal healing. With a trauma-informed approach, she supports each client’s autonomy and inner agency. Her work draws on ancestral and universal knowledge, alongside an understanding of mental and somatic awareness.

Through modalities like Synergetic Play Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, Schema Therapy, and generalised counselling. Monique helps clients reconnect with their bodies, bring unconscious patterns to light, and integrate shadow aspects fostering meaningful growth. Monique  offers a safe space deeper healing and improved psychological health.
