Liana has been a student and teacher of yoga for over 10 years. Her teaching style is the perfect balance of yin and yang. Creating space for her students to develop a deeper understanding of their own bodies and minds as well as strength and flexibility physically and mentally.
She has always had a passion for health, beginning in the fitness industry in 2008 and then going on to complete a Diploma in Yoga Sadhana with Integral Yoga Academy of Australasia in 2009, she then completed her 200hr TT in 2014.
Liana went on to study a BHsc- in Naturopathy.

Since her teens, Miranda has experienced the benefits of yoga. She’s found that it’s always been able to assist her to nurture injuries and calm any bouts of stress or anxiety, leaving her with a clearer mind. This passion drove her to further her study in Japan, with Guru John Gaydos, who practiced with the late B.K.S Iyengar, thus influencing a strong Iyengar and Ashtanga practice.
Today, Miranda uses her dual disciplines of Yoga and Osteopathy to form a holistic approach to enhance one’s practice. Miranda is our resident Osteopath here at Liebe Wellness.
Miranda has always been passionate about the health and wellbeing of those around her and loves being able to empower others with the knowledge they require to lead a happier and healthier life.
Whether leading a strong vinyasa, or a slow yin yoga; breath and body awareness are at the heart of the flow. Miranda invites you to settle on your mat, escape the business of the world outside and truly connect with your body.
Rachel teaches a dynamic and creative Vinyasa flow which is influenced by concepts of mindfulness and metaphysics. Her yin classes focus on creating a sacred space for students to surrender, while becoming more aware to the subtleties of their body and mind.
Rachel holds a 200 hr TT and is also a qualified Naturopath. She is always seeking to learn and develop herself as a student & teacher.
